1. Cut four thin slices of cucumber and place them in a large glass, along with the mint leaves and ice cubes. | 2. Drizzle with mint syrup then add the gin and Schweppes tonic water. |
3. Squeeze a tablespoon of fresh lime juice |

Flavour-infused ice cubes
INGREDIENTS:
RECIPE:
1. Pour the water into a saucepan, boil then leave to cool. |
2. Decant the water into the ice cube tray, then add the mint leaves (or other fruit) to the compartments. Leave in the freezer for at least 6 hours. |
